Personal Information may include full name, mobile phone number, shop name, shop address, area location, and optional email address.

Business Information may include shop details, business information, KYC documents where required, and shop images.

Order and Transaction Data may include orders placed, products purchased, order history, payment method used, and delivery information.

Device Information may include device model, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, and app version.

App Usage Data may include pages visited, product searches, user interactions, and time spent on features. This helps improve platform performance and user experience.

The Jogan mobile application may request certain permissions to provide platform functionality.

Internet Access is required to connect with Jogan servers for account authentication, product browsing, order processing, and service updates.

Camera Access is optional and may be used to capture shop images, upload KYC verification documents, and verify identity information. Camera access is only activated when initiated by the user.

Location Access is optional and may be used to determine delivery coverage, verify service areas, and improve delivery accuracy. Location access is used only when necessary and with user permission.

Storage Access is optional and may be used to upload product or shop images and temporarily store files needed by the application. Jogan does not access personal files unrelated to the service.

Jogan uses collected data to create and manage user accounts, process and deliver orders, provide logistics coordination, improve product recommendations, enhance platform performance, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, and comply with legal requirements.

Jogan may share limited user information with trusted third parties including logistics partners, suppliers or distributors, payment service providers, technology service providers, and government or regulatory authorities when required by law.

Jogan does not sell, rent, or trade personal data to third parties.
