Jogan is a technology-enabled B2B supply platform that connects retail shopkeepers with suppliers and distributors, enabling retailers to procure products through a mobile application and receive delivery to their shop locations.

The platform may provide services including product browsing, order placement, order processing, logistics coordination, delivery services, payment collection, and customer support.

Jogan operates as a technology platform facilitating transactions between retailers and suppliers.

To use the Jogan platform, users must be 18 years of age or older, operate or represent a retail shop or business entity, and provide accurate and complete information.

Jogan reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate platform policies.

To access certain services, users must create an account by providing mobile phone number, name, shop name, shop address, and area information.

Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality, protecting login credentials, and ensuring all account information is accurate.

Users must immediately notify Jogan of any unauthorized use of their account.

Jogan services are primarily delivered through the Jogan mobile application.

By installing or using the mobile application, users agree that they will not reverse engineer the application, attempt unauthorized access to the platform, interfere with application functionality, or use automated tools to extract platform data.

Jogan may update, modify, or discontinue parts of the application at any time.

Users are responsible for keeping their application updated.

Users may place product orders through the platform.

An order placed through the application represents a purchase request, which may be subject to confirmation.

Jogan reserves the right to confirm orders, modify order quantities, or cancel orders due to stock unavailability, supplier constraints, operational limitations, or delivery coverage issues.

Users will be notified if an order cannot be fulfilled.

Product prices displayed on the platform may include supplier pricing, logistics costs, and operational service charges.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

The final payable price will be displayed at checkout.

Supported payment methods may include Cash on Delivery (COD), Mobile Financial Services, bank transfers, and digital payment gateways.

For COD orders, payment must be made at the time of delivery.

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation, suspension of user account, or restrictions on future orders.

Jogan coordinates delivery of orders to the registered shop address.

Delivery times may vary depending on delivery area, order volume, product availability, and logistics conditions.

Jogan is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside its control, including traffic conditions, weather disruptions, supplier delays, and force majeure events.

Users must ensure someone is available at the delivery location to receive orders.

Returns may be accepted under certain circumstances including damaged products, incorrect items delivered, or missing items.

Users must report such issues within 24 hours of delivery.

Refund or replacement decisions will be made following verification.

Users agree not to create fake accounts, manipulate product pricing, place fraudulent orders, abuse delivery personnel or platform staff, or misuse the platform for unlawful activities.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action where necessary.

Jogan reserves the right to suspend or terminate user accounts for reasons including fraudulent activity, repeated order cancellations, payment refusal, abuse of the platform, or violation of these Terms.

All content on the Jogan platform including software, branding, logos, designs, images, and product data is the property of Jogan or its partners.

Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

Jogan shall not be liable for indirect losses, business interruption, supplier product defects, third-party services, or technical failures beyond reasonable control.

Jogan’s total liability related to any transaction shall not exceed the value of the order involved.

The Jogan platform may integrate services from third parties including logistics partners, payment providers, analytics services, and cloud infrastructure providers.

These services operate under their own terms and policies.

Jogan reserves the right to modify platform features, update policies, or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

The Jogan mobile application complies with the Google Play Developer Program Policies and User Data Policy.

Users must also comply with the applicable policies when using the application.

The application may request permissions necessary for platform functionality, such as camera, location, and storage access. These permissions are used only for service-related purposes and with user consent.

Users may stop using the platform at any time.

Jogan may terminate access if Terms are violated, fraudulent activity is detected, or operational or legal reasons require account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Bangladesh.

Jogan may update these Terms periodically.

Updated terms will be published within the application or website.

Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
